Fathy Abdel Monem Ali is a distinguished Egyptian lawyer and legal consultant with more than 45 years of continuous legal practice since 1980. One of South Sinai’s pioneering legal practitioners, he is respected for his extensive courtroom experience, professional integrity, sound legal judgment, and exceptional understanding of the legal and judicial environment of South Sinai and Suez.
Fathy Abdel Monem Ali has practiced law continuously since 1980 across South Sinai and Suez. He was among the pioneering lawyers to establish a law office in South Sinai when the legal profession in the governorate was still developing.
His extensive experience includes civil, criminal, family, commercial, administrative, real estate, investment, and business law. He has represented clients before courts, prosecution offices, governmental authorities, and other legal and administrative bodies.
Mr. Fathy participated in the early establishment of the South Sinai Bar Association and served as a member of the first Bar Association Council formed for lawyers in South Sinai. His long-standing contribution to the legal profession has earned him the respected professional title “Dean of South Sinai Lawyers.”
