Fixed-Fee Policy

AF International Law Firm uses transparent fixed professional fees for standard services. Published fees are not individually negotiated. Government, embassy, consular, school, university, medical, translation-certification, notarisation, registration, tax, courier, travel and other third-party charges are separate unless specifically stated. No additional professional fee will be charged unless the client selects and approves a separately priced service or add-on.

• Standard prices apply to complete, uncomplicated files within the published scope.
• Urgent, after-hours, weekend or holiday work carries a disclosed 50% surcharge.
• Services priced at EGP 7,500 or less are paid in full before work begins.
• Larger services display the total fee, the exact engagement payment and the exact remaining balance.
• Work begins after the agreement is accepted and payment is received.
• Approval by a government or other institution cannot be guaranteed.

Complex or Non-Standard Matters

Matters involving disputes, incomplete documents, unusual ownership structures, multiple parties or non-standard government procedures begin with a fixed-fee legal assessment.

Government, embassy, school, translation-certification, notarisation, registration, courier and other third-party charges are not included in this professional fee.
