Standard scope
One consultation of up to 30 minutes, in English, Arabic or Italian.
Required client documents
- Any document relevant to the question, sent in advance
Client responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information and documents
- Respond to requests for clarification without undue delay
- Attend any appointment or interview required in person
