Required client documents
- Available ownership and title documents
- Identity document of the seller or current owner
- Any contract, receipt or correspondence already signed
Client responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information and documents
- Respond to requests for clarification without undue delay
- Attend any appointment or interview required in person
